The draft active transportation plan sponsored by the West Kootenay Cycling Coalition (WKCC) and funded by a $50,000 grant from the federal government will be presented to RDCK board directors on September 12th. WKCC will be requesting adoption of the plan. Consider attending the meeting or writing a letter of support to your area director. The more support that residents provide the more likely our dream will become reality.
